Promicam Pro 3-16CP complete with the large 1.1″ Sony^® Pregius S CMOS sensor, which utilises new back illuminated technology provides excellent sensitivity, therefore ideal for fluorescence microscopy applications. The back-illuminated architecture increases quantum efficiency and reduces read noise for improved sensitivity and dynamic range. The sensor also features a global shutter, which enables observation of fast-moving objects without image distortion. This camera is packaged in this listing with the Quickphoto Camera software suite. It’s list of features are shown below. Promicra software has the added advantage of being modular with extension packages available for specialist imaging techniques, such as, Image Stacking, Image Stitching, HDR, and Fluorescence.
