However If by chance  you would like to return a product, Best Scientific asks that the buyer notify us in writing, within 7 days of receiving delivery of their product. Please state full details of the reason for requesting a return.

Buyer must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) by contacting our customer service department on +44 (0)1793 812477 or by email. Please use the website contact form quoting all relevant details such as: name, order number, and product purchased.
